Finding more than a day or two of forecasts via rss is like pulling teeth. Does anyone know of anywhere (except Avantgo) I can get a 5 day local weather forecast via rss? I’m even willing to pay for the service if it gives me what I am looking for. So far the best I can get is about 3 days via the Weather Channel. Surely there is a call for this? If its out there I haven’t run across it yet.

Up to 7 day forecast by zip code. Fairly accurate. RSS feed available.
Susan,
Thanks for the link. I found the 7 day weather but none of the rss feeds I could find on the site dealt with the weather. They have lots of news feeds, am I missing something.
Hmm. I have Bloglines feed which is a little different than a regular website weather feed. Have you tried MSN weather? http://weather.msn.com/local.aspx?wealocations=wc:USKY1079
(not sure if that is close to you, but select the RSS button and it gives instructions and seems to indicate that you can use on a personal site. It has up to 10 forecast. Or Weather Underground: http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=lexington%2C+KY
OR look at this page for many suggestions, some free some fee:

Hope that helps. Susan
Susan,
Thanks for the links. I’ve tried the first two. They both have an rss but unfortunately it doesn’t include more than a day or two of weather. I am in the process of checking out the umich links now. Looks like it is a good variety of sources. Thanks for passing it my way.
