1 row of Roma beans went in the ground. (6/7 this seed was a couple of years old. Only about half the row came up.)
Beans, spinach, lettuce, dill, tomatoes.
Took out batch #2 of beans, tilled and planted spinach, buttercrunch and black seeded simpson lettuce and scarlet globe and cherry belle radishes where they were. There were enough beans for a meal not counting the ones too large to harvest. Batch 3 is coming along nicely. (6/7/05 this was too late for starting lettuce seed. Nothing happened before it was too cold.)
I cleaned out the dill and the weeds in that area to make room for the grape tomatos that are taking over. I found couple of dozen young dill volunteers about 2″-6″ tall. We shall have fresh dill till frost
