Here is a collection of links I’ve put together recently. I was looking for sources around the Cincy/NKY area as well as online sources that I’ve used in the past or ones that looked interesting enough to bother with. The Information Section is geared towards containers, veggies, fruit and herbs.
Enjoy…

Lovely site. I recently installed 3 rain barrels on my property!
Do you know where I can get blackberry bushes in NKY or Cincinnati?

Hi Diane, That is great about the rain barrels, have you had any rain to fill them yet? We are very dry here.
I have 3 blackberry plants that are looking for homes if you are intersted. They are some starts I dug last year and cut back this last winter. They will not fruit till next year at the earliest and I would cut them back to the ground this winter and give them a year to build up their root system if I were planting them. They are a variety called Black Satin. I’ve been very pleased with them, very large good berris. If you would rather buy some I have seen them at garden centers like Baeten’s occasionally but the last ones I bought from there several years ago haven’t done much for me yet. They were the variety Thornfree. I have contemplated pulling them out and trying some Triple Crown if I could find some locally. The Black Satin I had purchased through Park Seed online I do believe.
