Kerry’s Garden

I had the neatest surprise today. CF brought a huge clump of hostas to my desk that she had dug out of her yard. I was going to put it in the ground asis but got brave and decided to divide it. It may be a little late but I decided to give it a try. I planted them out into about a dozen pots and put them on the north side of the house. They will stay in pots till next spring when the survivors will go in the ground. Being primarily a veggie gardener I’ve never done the hosta thing but am looking forward to see how these do. I have lots of shady places they will love if they survive.
